I found the story! Very tragic!! Thank goodness no one was hurt! I have pictures of this plane being restored.

I just read tonight that only three B-17's are still flying condition. 12,000 were built in WWII.

This plane crashed???? I know the guy that rebuilt this plane! Wow, that is terrible!!

Yes, no one was hurt. Very sad. They were flying from Ankeny, IA to Illinois.
