I've lived in most parts of Iowa all my life. Born in 1951 in Council Bluffs, Iowa, on the Missouri River, right across is Omaha, Nebraska. My father was a millwright and mother was at home working plus she volunteered a lot and did some part-time work. I've been married now 36 years to Bette. We have three sons, an engineer, a hobo and a lumberman. Life's been good. I was a Methodist pastor for 11 years. I have BS and Master of Divinity.
